Welcome to The Silver Pen, the place where I share the shorter pieces I write between bigger projects—fiction, essays, observations, research rabbit holes, and whatever else has sent me reaching for my pen. Some days that means wandering Victorian streets or riding into the American West. Other days I may be watching wildlife, digging into an old bit of folklore, thinking about a book, or following some curious thread simply because I want to know where it leads.
