Welcome to The Silver Pen, where you can find all of my fictional short stories and nonfiction reflections and articles. This is the heart of my writing world while I work on bigger projects. It keeps those creative juices flowing. 

 

If you’ve come for tales of love, adventure, and a little spooky, you’ll find them here. I mostly stay in the Victorian/Edwardian eras in the UK and US, but throw some modern era stories in as well.

 

If you’re curious about our new adventure up here near Yellowstone, I reflect on that. I also write about Victorian, Edwardian, and Wild West history; natural wellness; spirituality; and books, in no particular order of favoritism. (What can I say? My interests are varied.)
